*    $200.00 Refundable security - reservation deposit

****Reservation Deposit is due 3 weeks prior to arrival date, or 6 weeks prior to arrival for Holidays.  New Years, Christmas and 4th of July  weeks  must be paid in full in advance upon reservation!

*    $75.00 Cleaning charge (includes house & hot tub)

*    Please note: If  hot tub needs a drain / refill because of negligence of renter,

      an additional  fee of $ 40.00 will be charged. (That's what the  spa  service charges us.)

Important Message: Due to  many conflicts in scheduling, we can no longer hold a reservation without a $200.00 Reservation deposit. Reservations are served on a 'First Come, First Served' basis, this is the fairest way that we have found. So if you really need a particular date and it is available on the calendar I highly suggest sending the deposit Express Mail, FedEx or other express mailing methods.
